Frequently Asked Questions
There is a 15 person minimum for catering.
There is a $50 delivery fee for locations within 15 miles. Each additional mile is an extra $5.
$250 for full service catering (2 hours).
$350 for Pull-Up & Serve (Food Truck).
Desserts are $5 per person.
Sweet Tea is $3 per person.
Texas Twinkies are $8 per person.
What’s included in our catering?
We include 1/3 lb servings of each meat & 6 oz servings of each side . Your catering will also include sauce (of your choices), toppings, and bread (buns or rolls), Silverware, Plates, Napkins & Utensils.
Are Silverware, Plates, Napkins and Utensils included?
Yes, each package that we offer includes all of the above unless requested otherwise.
Full Service Catering:
We will provide (2) 6 foot tables with black table clothes, hot & cold pans to keep your food perfect for 2/3 hours.
How far in advance should you book?
Please give us at least 48 hours in advance for caterings. Our schedule fills up quickly and we want to provide each and every guest with the best quality food and customer service possible. Thank you!
Is there a Deposit required?
We require a 25% deposit to reserve your catering. This is non-refundable.
